Invite BTF to come speak at your house, work, church, college, or seminary. We love to teach others how to be a fellow worker in bringing God’s Word to His church! We don’t ask for money, we just educate and encourage people on how to get involved in the vital ministry of sending God’s Word to every people and language. Email us for more info: fellowship[at]bibletranslationfellowship[dot]org.

BTF will be at T4G. Stop by the exhibitor table of The Master’s Seminary and The Master’s Academy International to talk with some of the BTF Advisory Board or pick up a flyer on how to labor Together 4 the Bible. We couldn’t afford our own exhibitor table but some of our co-laborers gave so that we could attend and TMS/TMAI graciously gave us some of their table space to put out our flyers. Stop bye, and tell your friends to stop by so that, TOGETHER, we can tackle the 6,500+ languages that still lack a full Bible translation!

March 3-6, 2015: Sun Valley, CA
With this important stand on inerrancy, we must not forget that inerrancy is only relevant where languages have a Bible, since the Bible alone is the inspired, inerrant revelation of God to mankind. Since more than 6,569 languages still lack a Bible, pray for fruit from the conference; especially that BTF was able to (1) educate pastors on translation needs and opportunities, and (2) encourage pastors to be more involved in sending and supporting translators who integrate Bible translation with theological education and church planting.
The global church needs theologically and exegetically trained pastors, and so do Bible translation committees. Pray God raises up more pastor-translators who can serve the long-term health of local churches; and churches which network together for Bible translation, theological education and church planting.
March 2, 2015: Burbank, CA
BTF hosted a table and was involved with a panel discussion at The Master’s Academy International Symposium on March 2, 2015 in Burbank, CA.
TMAI is committed to theological education and church planting through its global training centers. The symposium was open to pastors, missionaries and anyone with an interest in the implications of inerrancy on global church planting, theological education, and Bible translation.
The symposium was a one-day event on the Monday before John MacArthur’s Shepherds’ Conference Summit, hosted by Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA. Taking a stand for biblical inerrancy, the new Inerrant Word website has also been launched, hosting a number of resources on inerrancy.
Pray for fruit from this panel discussion and conversations BTF had with pastors, missionaries, theological educators and other church leaders. Pray that the church in the USA will open its eyes to the needs of more quantity and quality in Bible translation. Pray the church sends more qualified missionary-pastor-translators to train national pastor-translator-scholars to serve the global church.
The audio panel discussion, “Truth and Text: Implications for Bible Translation,” is available at TMAI’s website.
